INDATA iPM - Intelligent Portfolio Management® is a platform and set of technologies for buy-side firms that allow end users to collaborate in real-time across the enterprise. iPM is designed to increase end user productivity, enhance the investment process and offer real-time risk, compliance and performance monitoring as well as integrated tools for marketing. SaaS (Software as a Service) is a concept that greatly simplifies the installation, maintenance and ongoing support of INDATA’s modular software suite called IMS (Investment Management System). Simply put, it means that all ancillary hardware and software can be provided as part of the core package and is installed, hosted and monitored by INDATA. In addition, INDATA offers and supports dedicated hosted environments as well as in-house (client side) installations. All of this means that we make it easy for our clients to use software services that meet their needs. IMPLEMENTATION INDATA has a well documented track record of having the quickest and most cost-effective implementations in the industry. Unlike competing solutions who derive the bulk of their revenue from implementation consulting fees, INDATA seeks to streamline each implementation in terms of timeframe while minimizing the cost to each client. The days of $100k and above Implementation and conversions are over. With INDATA, this is a reality. PRODUCT SUPPORT At INDATA, we view product support very differently. We have a live help desk and each client receives this level of service without regard to what they pay. In addition, all of our support is in-house and we do not use off-shore call centers like a number of our competitors. The result is better service to you, our client. CUSTOMIZATION This is especially critical in the area of client reporting, where our technology platform allows both INDATA and the client to customize the system on an ongoing basis providing for greater ROI (return on investment) than competing systems.
